MINTAKA
EARTH AXIAL ROTATION WITNESS · PHYSICAL OBSERVATION PROGRAM ACTIVE
Epoch-7 physical RAW supplies the designated running pace while Mintaka provides a distant stellar direction for Earth-rotation observation and prediction. Real telescope evidence is now the primary field path; the simulated adapter remains installed as a standby engineering and isolation tool.
MINTAKA ROTATION PHASE COUNTER
Mintaka shows the stellar rotation phase beside the recovered Sun-return phase for comparison. The accumulated lifetime Terra Ship Slip value is published by the Ship instrument.

VIEW 1 · RECORDED AGAINST EPOCH-5 RAW
A real telescope recording captured Mintaka in the detector field while the Epoch-5 physical counter was visible in the same screen recording. Tracking-on residual motion and the later untracked natural drift can therefore be compared directly against physical RAW progression.
Real sky · telescope · Epoch-5 RAW · tracking transition captured.
Re-acquired detector geometry is acceptable. Repeat drift direction, rate and RAW relationship without pretending the old pixels are unchanged.
Freeze a prediction first, observe later, then preserve the residual.
Mintaka operating boundary
Mintaka remains an Earth axial-rotation witness, not the timekeeper and not a clock authority. Epoch-7 physical RAW supplies the designated running pace. The read-only MINTAKA_PHASE17 model, physical Pulse Box status and field-observation evidence remain separate layers. Simulation and injection tools remain retained engineering machinery; this public field page exposes no authority-changing POST control.

MintakaRotationObserver
Retained engineering bench. The simulator recurrence is an explicit laboratory input to the adapter and remains useful for isolation, regression and emergency testing. It is not the current physical Mintaka observation path and it does not become a timing authority.

OBSERVER ACCELERATION ≠ CLOCK ACCELERATION
The earlier Gate 2C accelerated-event test remains preserved as proof that simulated Mintaka observations can be exercised without accelerating or rewriting the running clock. This is retained test machinery, not the normal field source.
